Simple Cremation with Graveside Service Package includes:
- Local* transfer of remains from any hospital or nursing home
- Staff services
- Securing of necessary authorizations
- Filing death certificate
- Posting death notice/obituary on-line and in newspaper
- Contacting social security
- Processing Veteran paperwork (if applicable)
- Alternative container as required for cremation

- One (1) Pennsylvania certified death certificate
